PRODUCTION

If you have a certain size/dimension in mind that isn't listed on our website, please contact us for custom requests.

Please allow 1-3 business days for production, after which your print will ship. 

Cancellation & Modification Policy

24 Hour Flexibility:

  • You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it at no extra cost.
  • After 24 hours we cannot accommodate any cancellation requests as production has already commenced and your canvas print will be shipped soon after.

Address Updates:

  • Addresses can be updated until the order ships, provided the new address is within the same zip code.

SHIPPING

Once your order is placed it will typically be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Shipping time typically takes 3-10 business days.

Estimated delivery from time of order is 5-12 business days.

We’ve taken great care to choose the most protective method of handling and delivering your order.

Once an order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You will be able to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website. Orders will generally be shipped with either UPS or USPS.

Delivery times are subject to change and we are unable to guarantee a delivery date unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of delayed delivery. However, your satisfaction is our number one priority, and if there are any shipping-related issues, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Addresses:

Please note that providing the correct delivery address is the sole responsibility of the customer. If canvas prints are marked undelivered due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses, Big Canvas Art Prints cannot accommodate a refund or a reshipment.

Canvas prints that are undelivered are not returned to us and are disposed of by the carrier. Please be sure to check your address before your canvas print ships to avoid any issues in delivery.

Lost Packages:

In the rare case that a package is deemed lost by the shipping provider, a replacement package will be provided immediately and shipped with expedited shipping.

Rush Requests:

We are happy to accommodate rush orders and will do our best to prioritize orders upon request. Please be sure to contact us prior to purchase and we will do our best to meet your requested deadline.

RETURNS

Within 30 days of receiving your canvas...

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your item arrives damaged or if the received product differs in image, size, or frame from your order, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect and the barcode for prompt resolution.

Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction:

If you are dissatisfied due to size mismatches, color variances, a change of mind, or any other reason, you can return it to us free of charge within 30 days of receiving your canvas print.

Refunds are processed by refunding the amount paid for your items to your original payment method. As soon as we receive your canvas print, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.

Please note - Big Canvas Art Prints does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

You will be responsible for arranging and covering all shipping and handling costs for returns of Canvas Art Prints that are not, in our sole discretion, defective, damaged, or otherwise non-conforming. 

After 30 days of receiving your canvas...

After 30 days of receipt of your order, we will no longer process any returns or exchanges.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We guarantee the quality of each and every order that ships out, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

 

Custom Artwork:

For custom-made items, including canvases created from images you upload, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or damage.

We recommend double-checking your uploaded image for quality, resolution, and accuracy before placing your order. Our team is available to assist with any questions before production.
