PRODUCTION

If you have a non-standard size frame you would like to fill, please contact us for more information. 

Please allow 1-3 business days for production, after which your print will ship. 

All of our Canvas Art Prints are made to order. As processing begins at the time of order, we are unable to accept cancellations.

SHIPPING

Once your order is placed it will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Shipping time typically takes 3-10 business days.

Estimated delivery from time of order is 5-12 business days.

We’ve taken great care to choose the most protective method of handling and delivering your order.

Please note that as of now, we only ship within the contiguous (lower 48) states, and only in the USA.

Once an order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You will be able to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website. Orders will be shipped either FedEx or DHL.

Delivery times are subject to change and we are unable to guarantee a delivery date unless otherwise notes. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of delayed delivery. However, your satisfaction is our number one priority, and if there are any shipping-related issues, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

LOST PACKAGES - In the rare case that a package is deemed lost by the shipping provider, a replacement package will be provided immediately and shipped with expedited shipping.

RUSH ORDERS - We are happy to accommodate rush orders and upgrade shipping upon request. Please be sure to contact us prior to purchase and we will do our best to meet your requested deadline.

RETURNS

Canvas Art Prints are eligible for returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Within 30 days of receiving your order, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return the print(s) for a full refund. We will cover all shipping and handling costs for returns. 

After 30 days of receipt of your order, we will no longer process any returns or exchanges.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We guarantee the quality of each and every order that ships out, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

On rare occasions, products may be damaged during shipping. If this happens, your product will be reprinted and shipped to you free of charge. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order.

As the brightness and resolution of each screen is different, there may be slight color variation between your screen and your print. As we are unable to control these variables, returns will not be accepted on the basis of color variation.
