Damage Claims
Thanks for letting us know!
We're more than happy to get a free replacement in the works. Just a few things we'll need from you to get a new one going:
- Your order number
- A picture or two of the damage
- A picture of the entire front of the canvas
- A picture of the shipping label (or the barcode on the back of the canvas)
Once submitted, we’ll review everything and get your replacement started.

*Please note that we'll need these pictures within 15 days of the date you received the canvas in order to get you a free replacement print. After that time period we can no longer replace it for free.
