Once your order is placed it will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
Shipping time typically takes 3-10 business days.
Estimated delivery from time of order is 5-12 business days.

Please note that as of now, we only ship within the USA, Canada and the UK.
Once an order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You will be able to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.
Delivery times are subject to change and we are unable to guarantee a delivery date unless otherwise notes. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of delayed delivery. However, your satisfaction is our number one priority, and if there are any shipping-related issues, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
LOST PACKAGES - In the rare case that a package is deemed lost by the shipping provider, a replacement package will be provided immediately and shipped with expedited shipping.
